PurchasesOriginal commissions and personalised Pyrography work will require a 50% non refundable payment prior to commencement.
Customer are to provide at least one original HD photograph of the requested work. The photograph must be original and free of copyright.
Returns & exchangesStyro Pyrography will gladly accept returns and exchanges to the same value on shelf stock Contact within: 14 days of delivery Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery Styro Pyrography does n ot accept cancellations of original commissions. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Some items cannot be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, Styro Pyrography cannot accept returns for custom or personalised orders and digital downloads.
